Glenn Banks

Glenn Banks, LISAC, MFCT, CCTP-II, is a licensed professional counselor in Arizona and Utah, specializing in trauma, chronic pain, and integrated behavioral health.


As the developer of the Strategic Harm Reduction Plan, which reduced opioid-related recidivism by 18%, Glenn is known for pioneering outside-the-box approaches to pain management—including equine and wilderness therapy. His experience spans roles in corrections, state mental health evaluation, and clinical leadership at wellness centers.

Glenn holds a master’s in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling, studied political science at ASU, and is currently completing his doctorate at the Cummings Institute.
